The Eastside Hill Neighborhood Association is a volunteer-run nonprofit. We publish our governing documents here so any neighbor can see how the organization is structured, who serves on the board, and how money is spent.

Board

Conflict of Interest Policy

Board members disclose conflicts of interest annually and recuse themselves from votes where a conflict exists.
